Are Zest-it Products available to buy in USA?
If not how much will postage be?

We don't have any branches or distributors in USA, as yet, I'm afraid but we do ship all over the world. Because the entire Zest-it Range is not flammable they can be carried on planes with no problems.

If you put the items you want to buy in the basket, and then change the country in the drop down box to USA, then press 'Update Totals' you will be given a cost for the cheapest option for USA - this give you an idea of the cost before you go further through the checkout process. There may be other options to choose from once you have given your address details.

Can I pay in US Dollars?

We only accept GBP, but your payment processor (either paypal and your credit card company) will convert your Dollars into GBP automatically when you pay for your items.

We only accept GBP, but your payment processor (either paypal and your credit card company) will convert your Dollars into GBP automatically when you pay for your items.

How do I find my postage/shipping costs?

Postage in the UK is by one of the following;
- '1st class signed for/Recorded delivery'
We recommend this for most items under £41. (needs a signature on delivery) or
- '1st class Standard'
where we don't take any responsibly for items lost in transit, or
- 'our own couriers', again we are confident it will arrive safe and sound, next working day before 4.00 pm.
(needs a signature on delivery)
- 'Next Day Courier' Next working day before 4pm (secure speedy service)
- 'Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day 1pm'
for urgent or high value items (signature needed on delivery)

USA and EU is by;
-'International signed for' We feel this is the only safe and sure way - for both you and us - to know that the package will arrive and in a timely manner (usually within 3-5 days).
- 'Airsure' only available for certain countries, but it's faster service for urgent items (2-4 days)
- 'International Courier' for items of 2kg we will send by a courier

To find the estimated cost of postage/shipping - after placing an item in your shopping cart by using the 'add to cart' button - your cart contents will show a 'shipping estimate' on the fourth line down for the UK.
If you are outside the UK, use the 'drop down' list next to 'Country' and then click 'update totals', this will update the 'shipping estimate' for you.

The 'shipping estimate' is usually the cheapest option available for that country.
As you proceed through the checkout, you will be given further choices of postage method/options, this will give an accurate cost of the postage.

For countries outside the European Union, a customs declaration is fixed to the package. An import duty charge may be made by the customs authority in the country of destination.

How long does it take to receive my purchases?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working day (Mon-Fri) and most are dispatched same day.

The delivery time depends on where you are -
First class deliveries in the UK: are 1-2 working days say Royal Mail
Next Day Courier or Specail Delivery 1pm: Next working day before 4pm and 1pm respectively

International Deliveries: Royal Mail say target time is within three working days to Western Europe, four working days to Eastern Europe and five working days for the rest of the world.
Airsure is 2-4 days, International Courier can vary depending on distance but 3-5 days is the average.

Do I have to log in/open an account to purchase?

We have tried to make using our new online shop as easy as possible for all, so no account login needed unless you want to purchase any downloadable items, for security reasons for both you and us.
If you purchase often then an account will speed up your checkout process, as your address details are stored for your future use. You can also check the staus of your order online by logging in.

Is there an easy way to tell a friend of mine about one of your products?

Yes, each of our product listings (after pressing it's name or 'more details') has a link on the bottom left hand side "Email a Friend". If you press this link it opens a small window where you can put your your name, email address, your friends email address and any comments you wish to add and it will send them an email about that product for you.

How do I know the status of my order?

We will contact you by email to let you know the progress of your order.
You can also check the status yourself by pressing 'Order Status' and entering your Order ID and your email address. These are shown to you when you complete your order and are sent to you in your Order Confirmation email.

I am not sure my order has been processed, how can I find out?

Have you received an email from us with your order details? If so then your order has been received and is being processed. If you have not received an email then please Contact Us with your details and we will respond as soon as possible.
